On the other hand, it might also be caused by the add-ons in some cases. So if Allie's solution doesn't work at first, just delete the Drivers32 key and import Allies solution again and it should work. Disable Windows Enhancements fixed the problem. Check This Out You may need to restart your system for the changes to take effect.
