Please help. It did a month ago, but not now. Rang Sony servise as its still under warrenty and using the vaio-link website www.vaio-link.com/ updated my optical driver. The little icon shows Cd has been inserted or loaded and its processing, but then it makes sounds like its jam somewhere..and the large icon on 'Computer' - 'DVD RW drive My question is, can this be a hardware problem?
