Spell Check will not work on Office 2007? Delete the entire Word key. Once you click on it this following registry key is created HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Off... Tried everything, regedit, new profiles, repairs etc – nothing worked.

You can open other files and spell check works. No dice. Restart the computer. Well to my surprise the spell check was indeed disabled, not sure how that happened or maybe it was just something funky going on with Word 2007.
