Our problem is that the spellcheck sometimes doesn't work in the document. That's what this site is for. Any spelling or grammar issues you told Word to ignore in other documents won't be affected. Try and start a new word document, make sure you don't copy and paste the information though just retype it again manually. (hopefully you don't have too much to type!)
