using his suugestion my problem finally solved. Print Spooler Service Not Running Android Now go through the list and start each service upon which Print Spooler is dependent( if the service is not already started). And the most interesting thing is that all the Service that Print Spooler is depending on is live and kicking. Go into your windows\system32\spool\printer and delete the files there.
